White Rose Polo Club Winter Membership 2010

Dear Friends,

The new winter 2010 season is almost upon us. We have an exciting 10 weeks of polo lined up with a variety of activities to choose from. Whatever your standard, I’m sure you’ll find something to get you and your horses back into the ‘swing’  of things in preparation for the summer season ahead.

Winter Season Overview:

• Winter season of activities will start on Sunday 18 January 2010.
• Dress code at WRPC is informal and colour bibs will be provided.
• There will be a club polo activity every Sunday between 17 Jan and 21 March 2010.

Season highlights include:

    o 5 Trips to the beach.
    o Arena Cup – fun handicapped tournament with prizes and forfeits for teams!

• All club chukkas will take place in the arena at White Rose.

• Chukkas at WRPC will start promptly at 2.00 pm.

• Members MUST inform Tony of intention to play 7.00 pm on Saturday.

Costs:

Winter membership:

£50 Adults and £40 Juniors (includes organization of activities and full use of arena for chukkas)

HPA membership:

£60 Adults and £0 Juniors (if outdoor member of HPA last year)

£110 Adults and £40/£15 Juniors (if not outdoor member of HPA last year)

Please inform the polo office by midday on the Wednesday of the week you wish to play so that HPA membership can be arranged and bring your membership money for your first chukkas.

Horse Hire

Horse hire for activities will be available to winter members.  Please discuss your requirements with Tony when you book in for chukkas.
