  • Houghton Hall has shaded Pony lines and parking for lorries and running water
  • There will be courtesy changes between 3/4 mins of play when appropriate.
  • Please be reminded that ponies should be tacked up an appropriate amount of time before a chukka (not to early) and be fully untacked after a chukka/playing including bandages.
  • White Rose parking will be arranged to give horses shade by side of lorry
    • we have extra water containers and running water by pony lines.
    • There will be extra buckets of water with sponges around the changing areas, which will be refilled after each match.
    • We are moving the location players change to the shaded area next to the clubhouse along the left side of the pitch. Please be aware of spectators there.

Umpire Ponies
Each team needs to provide a safe umpire pony for the match they are playing in – ponies to be delivered to the pony lines / clubhouse area for the umpire to get on AT LEAST 5 mins before your match starts. If you need to hire an umpire pony please contact Claudia by Friday 6pm.

Tournament rules
HPA guidelines will be followed to determine the Finalists: winner of 1st match, goal difference, goals scored / goals conceded. In the event of 2 teams drawing after these criteria a coin toss will decide the finalist.
